- Have the right to rent in the UK
- Have regular income or proof of financial stability
- Able to pass credit and reference checks

Become a commercial Guardian with Ad Hoc
Ad Hoc offers affordable, temporary workspace in vacant commercial buildings. As a commercial guardian, you’ll gain access to unique office, retail, or studio spaces at lower cost—while helping keep the property secure, in use and well looked after.
We’re looking for commercial guardians who are:
- 18 or older
- Sole traders, limited companies or self-employed professionals
- Able to pass credit and reference checks (or prepay if credit is limited)
- Covered by appropriate insurance (e.g. Public Liability)
- Flexible and able to move with 28 days’ notice
