As an Ad Hoc Guardian you have a room or a self-contained property for a great price, often in fantastic property types. In return, you secure the property for the owner, simply by living there.

How long a Guardian can stay in a particular building varies from property to property. When the owner wants the property back, we will give you 28 days’ notice. Although we can’t offer you a guarantee, we will do our utmost to find you alternative accommodation.
