The Weird and the Wonderful

Introduction

Being a live-in Guardian can be really weird. Vacant properties can range from a standard two-bed house, to a thirty-bed care home, to a school with six classrooms or a warehouse with one large space. As a result, our Property Guardians can live in some really weird and wonderful places.

Being a live-in Guardian can be really weird. Vacant properties can range from a standard two-bed house, to a thirty-bed care home, to a school with six classrooms or a warehouse with one large space. As a result, our Property Guardians can live in some really weird and wonderful places.

Perhaps one of the most daunting places for a new Guardian to live is in an old warehouse. The huge space is not normally designed for living in, so trying to make it home can be quite the challenge. With tall, echoey ceilings, harsh strip-lights and no carpets, it could seem an impossible task to be comfortable in such an environment.

But what might be an empty cavern for one person, could be a blank canvass for another. There is so much you could do with such an open space and one Guardian in London really did manage to stretch their creative wings. With lots of colourful artwork, calming lamps, and funky, upcycled furniture, this void property because a quirky quarters - all for an affordable price!
