Property & Compliance Manager: London & South East region

The role 

We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Property & Compliance Manager for our London & South East region. The opportunity would suit a skilled, passionate, driven maintenance manager, to manage every aspect of the property maintenance & compliance function. This includes leading a team of maintenance operatives & property inspectors to identify and carry out all planned and reactive maintenance tasks. 

A property/real estate background is essential. Experience within the Property Guardian industry will be advantageous.

• A proven background in property / facilities management
• Experience of Fire Safety and Health & Safety (desirable)
• Ability to lead & manage
• Well presented
• Strong communicator
